Which is better Halo 3 or Gears of War 2?

Is Gears of War 2 better than Halo 3 or the other way around? Plz explain you answer.

    Gears 2 no competition. Im not just gunna go on about the game im gunna give some facts/opinions. I used to be a halo geek like non other. then i got the gears game and i was a gear head right away. Gears has better graphics, kool guns, an AMAZING story line, halo has great matchmaking and live but the mellee system is jack. Now with gears 2 it has hrode whch is frigon awesome.
    but its up to you, i think if you gunna get a halo get the second its much better.
